Methodology#
Pulled LTA DataMall feed for station entries/exits over 90 days, joined with OneMap planning-area polygons and census demographic overlays from SingStat.
Findings#
- Sengkang and Punggol show the densest MRT coverage but poorest bus-to-residence walkshed
- Jurong West has inverted pattern: deep bus penetration, sparse rail
- Tuas remains an island of transit desert (industrial zoning)
